SmartSolution — Refund & Returns Policy

1. No Money-Back Guarantee

  • All SmartSolution products are sold with a no money-back guarantee. We design and manufacture with top-quality engineering and materials to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Warranty Coverage

  • SmartSolution provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on products (excluding accessories & consumables), starting from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for warranty, the following conditions must be met:
  • You must be the original purchaser of the product from SmartSolution or an authorized dealer.
  • The product must have been properly maintained—no abuse, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
  • You must report any defect or issue to SmartSolution within 10 days of discovering it.
  • All warranty services must be performed by SmartSolution only.
  • Returned items must be shipped to our address. We may provide doorstep reverse pickup (only available in major metro cities), but reverse shipping charges must be borne by the buyer.
  • The warranty becomes void if any third party (including the purchaser) attempts to repair, service, or alter the product outside of SmartSolution’s authorized process.
  • This warranty does not apply in the case of accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, tampering, modifications, fire, flood, external damage, or issues arising from user-replaceable parts (for example, leaking batteries).

3. Order & Stock Policy

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the order amount using the original payment method.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • We deliver across India. International shipping is possible for certain orders—please contact us for details.
  • An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided when you place your order. This estimate begins from the date of shipping, not the order date.
  • Under normal circumstances, we aim to fulfill orders within 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • We do not ship on Sundays.
  • Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, or order specifics. Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.

5. Damaged Items & Packaging

  • If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, you must notify us immediately at [customer support email / phone]. Such issues must be reported at the time of receipt for us to take appropriate action.
